I put a little bit in the palm of my hand rub it together and into my hair. And i put it into my scalp also, most of the time everyday. The more you put it in is the less chance of your hair being damaged

Well some people want to use it everyday. My best suggestion is you should only use it 3 to 4 times a week, or go by the product direction. But overall you will see changes.

Apply a small amount to damp or dry hair. Comb through for even distribution. Healing Oil Treatment can also be added as an enhancement to other conditioning and finishing products or mixed into color or other chemical service preparations for improved absorption and effectiveness, resulting in more vivid and long-lasting applications.
To enhance your color service, first apply Macadamia Healing Oil Treatment to the hair prior to color application to improve responsiveness and ability to absorb.
