I have been using this for several months and it works great. When I first started using it I kept using more and more. When I got too much it did make my hair feel stiff and maybe a little sticky. But cutting back solved that problem.

You dont have to apply this in your hair everyday, when you apply it one time or twice it remains in there all the time for heating styling.
