SHIPPING POLICY
Luxury Parlor.com offers their customers, a "Free Shipping" option for greater savings.
Each time you shop and the invoice total of the order is equal to or exceeds $99.00 USD (DOES NOT INCLUDE SALON EQUIPMENT) we pay the entire shipping cost, regardless of the quantity you order. Orders are shipped through established "Commercial Carriers" such as United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express (FedEx) and DHL. Carrier's proof of delivery (confirmation) to shipping address provided by you during the "checkout process" which constitutes an important part of the order will confirm delivery of the products ordered. Once confirmed by the Carrier to be delivered to the shipping address you provided the product ownership has passed from Luxury Parlor.com to you the purchaser. Carrier confirmation (whether a tracking number is provided or not) will serve as "proof of delivery" of the order by Luxury Parlor.com. In the event, delivery of the order requires a signature of acceptance by the Purchaser, authorization is hereby given by the Purchaser to the Commercial Carrier to accept signature from any known representative, worker or any person acting as agent of the Purchaser and is located physically at the same address provided on the order. Luxury Parlor.com implied liability for delivery of goods, stops at the point in time of "delivery confirmation" by the Commercial Carrier. Free shipping of orders involves standard "ground delivery" throughout the 48 contiguous States. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and other USA territorial possessions will require special handling and shipping procedures, which will result in additional charges for Air Shipment. With restrictions on liquids and various propellants shipped as cargo on aircraft, we are not permitted to ship packages via air without conforming to regulations requiring special product packaging and labeling. You will receive notification (by email) from our shipping department as to the final cost of your order (which will include all shipping charges) prior to completion of order verification and processing. Credit cards accounts are not charged until all fees and charges are disclosed to you the purchaser. Order delivery time is 5-7 business days from the day your order was processed by Luxuryparlor.com Standard ground shipping rates for all orders, which do not qualify for "Free Shipping" are $6.20 (DOES NOT INCLUDE SALON EQUIPMENT) Overnight shipping is currently not available due to Federal restrictions of liquids shipped on commercial airlines. Consolidated freight shipments for large wholesale orders arranged through our logistics department. Free shipping option does not apply on wholesale orders.
