Davines Nou Nou Review

February 7, 2011 on 9:50 am | In Beauty Tips, Hair Care | 1 Comment

A little less than a year ago I entered a drawing at a new salon for a day of beauty. I won and I received a haircut, style and color using Davines hair color (lowlights). My fashion stylist then recommended Davines conditoner and line of professional hair care products..

It was the first time I had my hair professionally colored so I really didn’t know what to expect. I live in Florida and am in the sun often so I expected the color to really fade at the three month mark.

That Davines Illuminating Cream Conditioner with tomato extract was so amazing. Just using it in the shower was such a treat because it smells so great. My hair was super soft and shiny as well and it really brought out the color and added serious shine. These attributes I expected because that it what my stylist said it would do.

What was really amazing though was that every three months when I went back to have my hair trimmed the stylist was really happy with how the color was lasting. She knew the Davines line of hair products were great but it was a surprise even for her.

If you get your hair colored I encourage you to buy the Davines conditioner if you want to extend the life of the color.

  1. THE conditioner! So nourishing and replenishing. Love it. THE only one I use. I have blonde highlights and my hair is thick but fine. Leaves my hair feeling silky and soft. Definitely worth trying!
